Payments can be made in cash, certified cheque, money order, Paypal or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Discover). But – we cannot offer anonymity if you use anything other than cash or money order. If it can be traced it will reduce your anonymous storage solution and that is not what we really want to do.
But, we do offer our clients the ability to use other means of payment. That being said, here are the following payment schedules for each box type.
6x5x20 – $1,400 per month – paid in quarterly installments. Less 10% for 12 months advance payment.
6x10x20 - $2,400 per month – paid in quarterly installments. Less 10% for 12 months advance payment
12x10x20 - $4,900 per month – paid in quarterly installments. Less 10% for 12 months advance payment
Other configurations are available and can be made to order.
A client can purchase more than one storage box and in doing so will receive a 10% discount on the second and additional boxes being rented.
Payments must be made prior to renewal or on date of renewal. If after 30 days payment has not been made the security box will be auctioned to the highest bidder in a private auction. More information about our auction policies for the state of New York are within the Policies page.
A late payment penalty of 25% will be accrued up until the date of auction. Property owner may collect their property once payments and penalties have been paid, as well, can continue with their storage contract by paying in full for the quarter.
